5-stars review

3 recent visits to Greg’s shop and every time better service than last visit. Greg went above and beyond this last visit fixing my flat tire. He put my spare back up in my truck (which is a pain to do) and put my jack back that the tow truck driver left out.

Superb Service!!!! I highly recommend this shop for all your tire needs and accessories. I will definitely bring my 2 vehicles back for tinting through him.

Great job Greg. Highly appreciate the good service you offer and that is mostly over looked nowadays.

Frequently Asked Questions

When do I need to replace my tires?

You need to change your tires when they reach a tread depth of less than 3/32″ or when your tire treads don’t cover the top of President Lincoln’s head on a penny. Other reasons could be poor handling or traction on slippery or wet surfaces. If your tires look worn out to you, you should stop by any of our 14 tire stores and let us make sure you and your family are safe on the road.

Do winter tires really make a difference?

Let’s answer this question with a question. Do you wear your summer shoes or sandals out in the cold snow, ice and rain? Of course not! The same goes for your vehicle. Winter tires are designed with special compounds and materials that are specifically engineered for cold, wet, ice and snowy conditions. During flat-ice tests, at 16 km per hour, cars stopped an average of 7 metres’ shorter than all-season tires and 9 metres plus shorter than summer tires.

Can I put a different size tire on my rim?

Wheels and tires are not interchangeable words. Tires are a part of the wheel setup. For instance, your vehicle has a set size of rims, but you can buy different sizes of tires to fit those rims, as long as the middle of the tires is the correct size.

How often should you replace your tires?

Generally, there are two different factors that impact when to replace tires: wear and age.

Tire Wear: All tires eventually begin to experience wear. How the tire wears can be a indication of an issue with your alignment or tire pressure. Tire tread should wear evenly across the whole tire rather than on the inside or outside of the tire. The wear on your tires will happen regardless of how good of a driver you are, although it can be accelerated if you don’t take proper care of the tires.

Tire Age: Tire aging occurs when components of the tire, including the rubber, begin to change over time. This can happen due to environmental impacts and storage conditions, as well as the amount of usage the tire sees when being driven, or the tire sitting with no use.
